Trend Micro features browser extensions that do a decent job of steering you clear of malicious websites. Their Folder Shield component protects a folder from ransomware by preventing any changes to that folder's contents by unauthorized programs. The Secure Erase feature enables permanent deletion of files. The PC Health checkup scans for unneccessary files, problematic Registry entries, and other optimizations including finding duplicate files.

You can do Remote Management from the administration console. From the console you can deploy, manage, and update the managed clients running on the network. Some of the other features include scheduling scan jobs, running reports, and monitoring network activity. If you want features like email security, file server security, etc you will need the Endpoint Protection Plus version. |
