The Safe Browsing engine persistently checks newly browsed websites against a freshly updated list of known virus infected sites. The official Ad-Aware malware list is updated every 5-20 minutes. Ad-Aware Safe Browsing keeps you safe while you browse the web. Every new URL you visit is checked against a known blacklist of malicious sites.
