Ghostpad: Details of the terms of the security seal licensing agreement are as follows. A security seal license from Spyshakers.com is valid for one (1) domain per license. Ghostpad can be downloaded and installed prior to purchasing a license at the installation page. Verifying your version of Ghostpad requires purchasing a license. Purchasing takes place at the purchase page. After purchase Grant City Ventures Inc. will examine your implementation, approve, deny, or advise accordingly, and create a verification page containing a security seal on Spyshakers.com for the client's website. Verification will be visible to your customers (indicated by the anchor text "Verify" on top of the Ghostpad graphical keyboard). The verification page can only be created by Grant City Ventures Inc. and it serves as a public, active license for Ghostpad.

Ghostpad Standard Edition is available to websites whom are not classified as financial institutions. Upon purchase of a security seal license, Grant City Ventures Inc. will evaluate the client's website in good faith and the installation of Ghostpad if it is necessary. Grant City Ventures reserves the right to deny a security seal license if a website is deemed unsuitable for any reason. In the case that a website is deemed unsuitable, Grant City Ventures Inc. will provide an explanation for denial via email and a refund will be issued. Grant City Ventures Inc. reserves the judgement to determine whether a client requires the Standard Edition security seal or the Premium Edition security seal.

A security seal license lasts for a twelve (12) month period. Renewal price is determined by the status at purchase ie. if a client's website is not classified as a financial institution but upon renewal they are classified as a financial institution by some change in client website structure, a license must be renewed as a financial institution.

Clients MUST store all images and files that come packaged with the Ghostpad script on their own servers or third party servers which they have permission to do so. Clients do NOT have permission to link to our Ghostpad hosted images and files on Spyshakers.com. Clients have permission to modify the colors of the graphical images that constitute Ghostpad without express written consent. Clients can modify the graphics with APPROVAL from Grant City Ventures Inc. Clients are permitted to add multiple languages into their version of Ghostpad. Other modification to the Ghostpad script will require express written consent from Grant City Ventures Inc.
