The biggest advantage of Dreamhost has to be the customer service. Though the actual hosting is not the cheapest, their customer service is not outsourced and that can be very important when you are trying to debug an issue keeping your website from running optimally. | Opinion:
Hostmonster doesn't do much fancy but they use popular open source technology like CPanel and AWstats. They have all the features you could ever want although some of the features you have to set up by yourself in CPanel. This is a good web host for someone who has done web hosting before. The biggest advantage of Hostmonster is the price is right. |
